About Our General Manager
With over 25 years of distinguished leadership and management experience, Joe Muñoz brings a steadfast commitment to excellence, integrity, and servant leadership to Bright Brothers. A proud veteran, Joe retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of dedicated service, where he served as a surgical technician, combat medic, and paratrooper — roles that instilled in him resilience, discipline, and a deep sense of duty.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and now based in Houston, Joe is passionate about fostering growth, both in business and in people. His leadership philosophy centers on mentorship, training, and empowering teams to achieve their highest potential. Whether guiding strategic initiatives or cultivating a culture of accountability and trust, Joe's core values of loyalty, hard work, and continuous improvement drive his approach.
Beyond the professional realm, Joe finds balance in the great outdoors. Whether he's near water, enjoying the tranquility of nature, or gathered around a fire with family and friends, he appreciates the simplicity and grounding these moments provide.

History of Bright Brothers
Patrick Clark started his first pressure-washing business, Bright Brothers, in 2006. Pat began using softwashing techniques in 2008 when he saw there were industry opportunities. Years later, he has helped to open and coach several locations across the United States, using his knowledge and experience to help others realize their dreams.
Over 35 years ago, Larry Janesky started Connecticut Basement Systems to solve homeowners' leaky foundation and basement problems. Since then, Larry has formed Contractor Nation, which advises and supports nearly a dozen dealer networks that serve customers' needs in the foundations, basements, energy efficiency, roofing, and gutter industries.
In 2023, Pat and Larry teamed up to revolutionize the power washing industry and continue providing the highest quality through franchising and the creation of Bright Brothers. Their mission is to be the exterior cleaning and holiday lighting company of choice by providing superior services promptly and reliably.
