A proud veteran, Joe retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of dedicated service, where he served as a surgical technician, combat medic, and paratrooper — roles that instilled in him resilience, discipline, and a deep sense of duty.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and now based in Houston, Joe is passionate about fostering growth, both in business and in people. His leadership philosophy centers on mentorship, training, and empowering teams to achieve their highest potential. Whether guiding strategic initiatives or cultivating a culture of accountability and trust, Joe's core values of loyalty, hard work, and continuous improvement drive his approach.
