Darryl is a busy businessman with little to no time to tackle projects around his home.  He had an old section of a wooden fence that was covered in algae and needed to be brightened up.  He had seven large windows with a few being out of reach that he wanted cleaned.  His driveway and walkways were a little on the dingy side.  He also had a rust stain on his stucco siding that stemmed from his overflow drain above coming from his HVAC system.  He tried getting the rust off with no success, so he decided call experts at Bright Brothers.  

We briefly met for a few minutes to discuss his project needs before he had to leave for work.  We were able to take pictures and measurements of his fence, rust area on his siding, and his painted concrete driveway and walkways which were also pretty dirty.  Because he was unavailable to receive the quote, I sent it to his email.  We spoke over the phone after he reviewed and accepted the quote and he paid the required deposit online.  

It was difficult for him to clear his schedule from work to be present for the cleaning and because he trusted us to do the BRIGHT thing we went ahead and did the cleaning without him being there.  We kept an open line of communication throughout the process.   His fence came out looking amazing, windows were washed and left spotless, we removed the unsightly stubborn rust stain, and brightened his concrete surfaces all while protecting the rest of his property, plants, and lawn during the cleaning.  

We generally want our customers present during our initial appointment for the quote and during the cleaning however we understand how busy life can be.  We were able to accommodate Darryl's busy schedule throughout the entire process.  He was so happy with the results and our professionalism that he left us a great 5-star google review!

The day of the cleaning, we took extra care in protecting her sensitive plants, flowers, and trees with one of many solutions that we manufacture ourselves called Bright Stuff Plant Protector.  It's a proprietary blend of PH neutralizers and fertilizers which are safe and healthy for vegetation.  We took extra precautions in covering all electrical outlets and gently moved her decorative pieces, pots, and antiqued outdoor furniture to avoid any damage during the cleaning process. 

Linda was so happy with the results that we are now her go to company for all exterior cleaning.   She made mention how truly grateful she was with us treating and protecting her home like it was one of our own.   We CLEEENed her neighbors' house through her referral shortly after and now she is currently working on the interior of her home and a huge step closer to fulfilling that dream in coming home.
